Every development project usually requires a certain degree of change to the existing zoning for the site. We will entitle a property to fit its use by performing the following tasks:
- Re-zoning of the site
- Obtaining variances to building sideyard and setbacks
- Obtaining use permits for unpermitted uses
- Creating plat of dedication
- Creating plat of vacation
- Creating plat of consolidation
- Preliminary and final development plan approvals
- Obtaining variances for signage on both building and freestanding pylon/monument signs
- Off-site approvals from various state agencies including but not limited to water/sanitary districts, state/federal EPA, historic preservation departments, state departments of transportation (DOT), and the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE)
