As a service to all of our tenants, Preferred coordinates and manages all of the projects it develops. With our in-house management team we ensure that the day-to-day management of your facility is well taken care of.
Our devoted team of property managers, leasing agents, and controller have weekly meetings to discuss the overall maintenance and other outstanding issues relating to each property. Once a project is completed, the property will be assigned to a property manager and every tenant will have a single point of contact for all future questions or concerns.
We use the most comprehensive property management software (Timberline) on the market to aid in swift answers to all tenant queries.
