Adam joined Preferred Development in 2005. He is currently serves as Senior Project Manager, charged with the task of handling all matters relating to predevelopment, including due diligence, zoning/entitlement and the governmental approval process. Prior to joining the firm, Adam was employed by Jupiter Realty Corporation in Chicago, IL from 2003 to 2005 and by Fairfield Residential in San Diego, CA from 1997 to 2003. He has been in real estate since 1993 and has been directly involved in the acquisition of multi-family, retail and industrial properties totaling over $2.1 Billion worth of real estate.
A graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in business administration. Adam is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Adam is married and has two young children, Jordan and Sophie, and lives in Highland Park, Illinois.
