Glen possesses the unique combination of qualities that marries a deep technical understanding of project management with savvy marketing know-how. And when he is not playing hockey, he is able to put these attributes to work.
At Preferred, Glen’s responsibilities include constructions management of all company developments as well as property management for existing retail and GSA office properties within Preferred’sportfolio. Glen’s is actively involved in all design-build phases of construction whether it be ground up development or coordinating tenant build-outs. In addition, Glen’s knowledge of CAD and commercial land planning provides Preferred with the ability to quickly develop site plans to determine their feasibility.
Glen has extensive telecom and IT experience and prior to joining Preferred, Glen was with AT&T as a technical support manager. A graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo, Glen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
Glen and his wife Lynn reside in LaGrange Park with their daughter Andee and sons John and Joe. |
