Relationships. Throughout her career in commercial real estate, Jeanne has had the ability to establish and grow lasting relationships with national retail tenants, property owners and staff within the companies she’s worked. Relationships have been the hallmark of Jeanne’s tenure in this business.
Over the past 10 years, Jeanne ran the gamut from real estate development and acquisitions to sales and leasing working with many well-known national retailers such as Whole Foods, Loehmann’s, Cost Plus, Home Goods and Nordstrom Rack.
Prior to Preferred Jeanne started as a site acquisition specialist in the wireless communication industry before moving to Continental Properties where she was director of retail leasing. Most recently, Jeanne functioned as Vice President of Development at the Bond Companies.
At Preferred, Jeanne continues to maintain and build relationships with some of the most well-known retailers in the nation in an effort to grow our multi-tenant shopping center as well as single tenant retail business in much the same way we have done for Walgreens and many others.
