She fills the role of Project Coordinator with ease…handling the multitude of construction draws, title commitments, insurance documentation and closing due diligence while making sure our acquisition and construction management teams are operating efficiently.
Prior to joining Preferred, Joni held similar positions with Brijus Property Company and Ogilvy & Mather Advertising.
Joni currently resides in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago.
