Mr. Giadla joined the staff of Preferred Development, Inc (PD), in 1997 as an assistant to development and disposition.
Currently, he is the “in - house” broker and manages the sales of net leased properties. Peter also heads up the 1031 Exchange department of the firm and works with various exchange buyers and sellers. Through an ongoing relationship with developers across the country, he keeps a pulse on over 75% of all the Walgreen’s store available nationwide , which helped him to sell over $200M worth of NN & NNN properties in the past five years.
In addition to disposition and exchange, Mr. Giadla is a Project Manager of many ongoing build to suit developments in Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. He works directly with nationally recognized tenants such as Walgreens, LaSalle Bank, Sherwin Williams, Kiddie Academy, Jimmy Johns, and others, on meeting their development objectives.
Mr. Giadla is a graduate of the Loyola University of Chicago, where he received his Business Degrees in Finance and Economics. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois, and is enrolled in the CCIM Candidacy program.
He lives in Chicago’s south loop with his wife Beata and his 3 ½ year old son Matthew, while expecting another baby boy at the end of the year 2007.
